Recruitment process

This section lets you send us an unsolicited application. All CVs received are examined by the HR Department and if they meet CONAI’s selection criteria, they are included in the company database.

Whenever we are looking for a position, our database is the first port of call we use to identify potential candidates to bring in for an initial interview with the Recruitment Department. The process also includes an assessment, a test and several interviews with the managers of the relevant role.


Recruitment is always ongoing for internships at CONAI: these placements are aimed at new graduates and students just about to graduate; they aim to develop hands-on experience and the intern is always given a task or project to work on throughout the internship.
