The Foundation, strongly supported by CONAI, acts as a strategic hub for dialogue between companies involved in the production and promotion of goods made from recycled materials, contributing to the dissemination and implementation of institutional tools such as the Minimum Environmental Criteria (CAM) and Green Public Procurement (GPP).
ReMade certification attests to the content of recycled material and/or by-products in materials, semi-finished or finished products: a distinctive element in the circular economy that requires companies to reconstruct traceability, ensuring maximum transparency for consumers (public or private) and accurately quantifying the amount of recovered material present in the product.
ReMade in Italy is founded as a non-profit organization with the objective of supporting and enhancing products derived from recycling. The organization is established as a legally recognized association, representing Italy’s most innovative companies in the production of goods made from recycled waste.
