Local Authorities
This section lists all the opportunities made available to regions, municipalities and supra municipal local authorities in addition to the agreements set out in the ANCI–CONAI Framework Agreement.
These tools are generally designed to encourage the introduction of suitable models for managing packaging waste generated in the public sector, to ensure optimisation and efficiency.
There are opportunities for collaboration with regions and provinces, aimed mainly at creating a favourable framework, both from a regulatory and technical/operational point of view, for developing separate collection systems.
For local authorities, tools are available to support local communication projects, provide training for technicians and operators, and offer information tools enabling authorities to monitor their specific situation and compare it with similar local contexts.
