Upper secondary schools - Green Future? Green Jobs!

The project

The School–Work Training Programme “Green Future? Green Jobs! – The work of the future begins at school”, available on the Scuola.net website, consists of 10 modules and explains the meaning of the circular economy as applied to CONAI and the world of packaging, with a specific focus on the seven Packaging Material Consortia.

This project enables CONAI to involve upper secondary school students in a School–Work Training Programme for students aged 16–19, introducing them to the circular economy and recycling professions (Green Jobs), including through the voices of experts belonging to the CONAI EPR Organisation.

The programme explores the key skills required in the job market, the characteristics of professions related to sustainability, and provides an overview of competencies and the Green Jobs available.

The training course can be followed online by students, is certified for 40 hours and provides certificates of participation.

The third edition was launched in October 2025 and will conclude in August 2026.
